United StatesThe apartment overall was good but there were things that could have made it better. Like there was little dish washing detergent, I had to go buy. There was no mop to mop the kitchen, the battery on the front door needed charging so we were locked out of the apartment for a while on a Saturday. It took a while to obtain a key because we were only given a code to enter the apartment. The cooking utensils were melted they only had 3 forks, 3 butter knives, 1 tablespoon. Maybe you should consider screen doors to prevent flies from coming in. The seat at the end of the bed was broken. The leg. It should be fixed or removed. It was minor things but still things that should be attended to, oh and you should have plates in a set of 4 not 3. Add mixing bowls, and a strainer/filter. And maybe written instructions nearby on how to operate the washing machine. Overall I enjoyed the apartment especially the Snooker/pool table, the video game, card game/board game. Oh and one of the legs on the chair was damaged and we could not use it. As stated overall I enjoyed how secure it was the property and landscaping was good. Im from the states so what im used to id different. If space is provided add some swimming pools to the property. Just an idea. Add ovens to the kitchens. The whole water hose in the bathroom was new to me, but I liked it. Maybe install ceiling fans in all the rooms to circulate air from Air conditioner. The AC where the Snooker was located we could never get to come on. In the end I tipped my housekeeper, she must have shared the news with the person in the office because when I left the apartment that girl was standing outside the door and asked me what about my tip. I tipped her because I was caught off guard with that. I shouldn't have because we had to ask/message that office lady about not getting into the apartment, how to use the washing machine and it still took a few days before someone came to show us.
