The location was excellent on the wharf, and the room was very comfortable for a short stay. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting out beside the canal. We would definitely stay again.

Everything! Beautiful room, high ceilings, extremely comfortable bed with gorgeous, soft linens, so spacious, seating area with coffee maker, mini fridge, cutlery. Location was perfect. Walking through the plant shop was so special. There is a side door which goes through the back part of the plant shop for after hours. The staff were so friendly and caring. Highly recommend Dawn’s Greenhouse. We stayed in the room in the 1st floor with the Juliet balcony.

It is a very special place run by an extremely kind host. A piece of nature near Utrecht. We enjoyed both homemade milk and eggs, a tour of the farm, and the chance to use a Dutch bike for the first time in our lives.
