Everything was exceptional! We arrived and the hotel had parking on the premises. The hotel is beautiful and has a stunning large garden. The room was renovated with a more modern feel but original parts of the structure were preserved e.g large wooden beams which really gave the hotel character. We had a beautiful view over a lake. The staff provided the best customer service I have experienced in my whole life. Everything from greeting us on arrival to serving the food. We celebrated our civil ceremony at this hotel and the private dining room was stunning and perfect for the occasion. The food was incredible and one member of our party said it was the best meal he had in his entire life. It was truly an experience. We had a champagne reception and a 5 course taster menu - everything was exceptional. The wine was also incredible. The real star of the show though was our server who was so attentive. The breakfast the next morning was also incredible. I would really recommend to treat your self to the bigegr selection option. We were all blown away. We couldnt recommend this place more and we will definitely come back. We now recommend this place to everyone we know.

Thank you for the free up-grade from standard double room to the MIVA room which is a room with a double bed and specially accessible for disable people. This has an extra large bathroom and a large passage for a wheelchair user. Our stay became more comfortable through this up-grade. The stay at The Social Hub The Hague absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly, the whole place has a great atmosphere. I was a bit sad we only stayed one night. The room was spacious and very clean. At first I was a bit worried about having windows pointed to the streets, but we did not hear anything at all and had a great rest. The bed was also very comfortable. The little personal touches like a hand-written welcome card, chocolates, water always leave great impressions. Next time we visit the Hague, we are surely coming back here :)
