We had a pleasant stay overall, but there are several areas that could be improved to make the experience much better. The cleanliness of the house was below expectations: we found a kiwi peel behind the sink and an old McDonald’s hamburger in the cupboard. The place was also quite dusty, the windows were not clean (obviously for a very long time), and some places in the house even had spider webs. Additionally, the house lacked basic necessities such as an air freshener in the toilet and shower gel, which are usually standard in rented accommodations. Another point of concern was the tone of the warning message we received upon arrival. It mentioned surveillance cameras around the apartment and strict rules about the number of people allowed, but it was written in a very unfriendly and intimidating manner. Adjusting the tone to be more welcoming and polite would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, the stay was nice, but addressing these issues would make it much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

This is one of the most amazing locations where I have ever stayed 🤩 I am specifically lucky, as I had the chance to celebrate my birthday in the wonderful Faralda crane. The suites are pure luxury, designed with great love and style. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful niche of the Secret Suite, where we spent hours just enjoying the view of Amsterdam. The hosts are incredibly easy-going, cool and generous. If you are looking for a truly unique location for a special treat, this is the perfect one.

I stayed here with a friend as we had something planned in Amsterdam North. We arrived, were welcomed wholeheartedly by the staff, and had a delicious coffee to be all set for the day. Our room was impeccably clean, was no more or no less than what you can expect from the pictures, hence, great. We slept amazing, took a nice shower (with shampoo and towels provided in the room!!) and went downstairs for a quick breakfast and coffee to go. Again, other, but equally kind staff served us, and explained us how the hotel was only open for 10 days - which makes it even better! Still figuring out all the little things, yet so excellent already in so many perspectives. If we’re ever coming back to Amsterdam and want to avoid the crowded city all the while being close to it - this will be our place!!😊
