Nice friendly welcome. The cabin was bigger than we expected. Everything you need is there including fresh sheets and duvet covers/pillow cases and towels. It's the first cabin we've had on our roadtrip that has included all of these. The cabin is fitted out in 70's style and I loved that. It's totally different! The bathroom/shower is big. The cabin is nice and comfy with a lovely view of the mountains and the river is steps away. We stayed in cabin 17 and it was pet friendly. The breakfast was your typical breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc etc so help yourself. We would definitely stay here again.

Big shoutout here to the superman behind the reception desk, or anywhere else really. He did a fantastic job! The location was beautiful, with an easy access (depending on the season) to walking paths and skiing. The restaurant was also really good. The room was great, with cozy beds.

When you get to the Villa Vågå Hotel it’s immediately warm and truly good. Staff who are always friendly and will not pass you by. Will always help. An atmosphere where you invest yourself and the staff loves their work. Beautiful interior, cozy sofas, beautiful color combinations in the decor. Soothing music... Inspiration hotel. A hotel where you feel like at home. I really love Scandinavian style. Everything is organic, high quality and in moderation. At the same time, it remains comfortable and at the same time with style and its rich taste. Very delicious cuisine. What an interesting type of breakfast the hotel offers... Here are the photos below. Thank you for the comfortable beds, for the light in the eyes of the staff, for the fact that everyone is important in this hotel. I'll come back!
