Stayed here from Saturday till Sunday, because I was attending a concert nearby. The owner/host is super nice and friendly, and even drove me to the local grocery store, and later to the concert I was attending! Funny guy with lots of stories to tell. Tasty beer on tap, and a simple but very good breakfast the morning after. Very comfortable bed! Beautiful location in the Norwegian countryside.

The location was quiet, about a ten-minute drive outside of Grong. We took a walk along the lake (not sure if the trail goes all the way around since we did not go far). Apparently there is cross-country skiing there in the winter on the trail system. Our room looked plain but was clean. The two single beds were narrow but comfortable. The bedding looked fairly new. Breakfast was fine but nothing special (no pancakes or waffles, and the only eggs were boiled). The on-site restaurant has a limited menu but reasonably good food (mains). The dining area is pleasant. The price for accommodation was a good deal.
