Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)

This hostel is beautifully situated on the hill , over Hellesylt, with gorgeous view of the fjord's. Parking is by the hostel. There's a kitchen , fully equipped, spacy and with view. We have had a double room with private bath and it had even own entry from the terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are kayaks for rent. Fair price-performance ratio.

The hotel is located in the middle of Geiranger with a spectacular view on the fjord. It is really worth paying extra for the room with Fjord view it is so charming and refreshing. The room was standard size and clean, and the bed was comfortable, and it comes with two pillows, one soft and one firm, which is so convenient. The hotel has two swimming pools indoor and outdoor, with an amazing view of the outdoor pool. The variety and choices in the breakfast are very good. I think this is the best hotel to stay when visiting Geiranger, highly recommended and will visit again.

Amazing location on top of Gerainger Fjord; having dinner, breakfast or simply a cup of tea enjoyning the view of Gerainger Fjord is something remarkable and unforgettable. Staff was kind and warmly welcoming, also at dinner time.

Amazing view in gorgeous cabin. Comfortable and roomy with good small kitchen to prepare food, lovely balcony to enjoy view & sounds of the nearby waterfall.

This century home has a wonderful, warm atmosphere and country honesty that settles over you during your stay. It all flows from our host, Hege Kirsten, whose warm personality and intelligence makes Overvoll Farm unique. The dinner she served was a gastronomical extravaganza! For me it was the best meal I had during our 2 week visit to Norway. All the salads and relishes were prepared with farm fresh ingredients and to my surprise, were raw. The salmon entre' was cooked perfectly. Hege Kirsten is a very accomplished cook and has put care, thought and research into her meals. We also enjoyed excellent conversation on a range of topics.

This waterfront property overlooks the UNESCO listed Geirangerfjord, while the town of Geiranger is 2 km away. AIl cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a fjord-view terrace.

The first cabin we booked was a grave disappointment so we paid a bit more to upgrade to the renovated cabin. This 2nd cabin was great. The fellow who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful with info about the area. The upgraded cabin was very comfortable.
