The host text me that there was a renovation ongoing but it's does not disturb my stay there. The unit was surprisingly very nice setup inside. Everything seem to be very new. The bathroom was sparking clean, water pressure was good.

Apartment was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport. We rented a car and had ample space for parking. It was equally easy to get to by public transport as there is a bus stop out the front. Access to the apartment was super easy as the door just needed a code. The size of the apartment was great. We had separate space for sleeping, sitting and eating. The bed was super comfy. It was high (no issues), we would have loved having a bedside table or shelf. There were so many powerpoints! The kitchen was compact, but had all we needed. The bathroom was amazing. Shower hot and we appreciated the heated floor and mood lighting. The apartment was tastefully decorated - everything matched. We had no issues with the temperature inside - it was perfect. We never heard anything from the other apartments. We loved the aspect. It was very peaceful looking out on the water and we were entertained by a seal and deer during our stay. We could also watch the planes taking off and landing! We were pleasantly surprised to see the northern lights in the direction of Tromso! There was also a large shop just down the road that stocked absolutely everything! They are open late everyday, except closed on Sundays. We were impressed to see the driveway and car park were kept clear from snow.

House of Ellie was fantastic. It is located at the end of a fjord so the anpartment and bedroom window looks across the fjord. We were there for almost midnight sun and Ellie set up chairs for us outside when we arrived. Spectacular views. It’s also located next to our favourite Tromso cafe. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable and had a fridge. Ellie was so helpful and very responsive to messages. We liked it so much that we’ve booked again for our return to Tromso in a few weeks.

Very nice and well equipped house on a beautiful location. Very cozy, and even though we were with 9 people it was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and kind. The price was also very reasonable.

Great stay at the cottage! The fireplace added to the atmosphere. Absolutely comfortable beds. A spacious kitchen where cooking was excellent. House was also super clean! 10/10 Top!!

Clean modern property in peaceful area, easy to drive North a few km to get to a good dark parking area to see aurora (cloud permitting!). Bus-stop very close if you enjoy using the bus. Comfy bed.

The host was kind and welcoming. Upon our arrival, he gave us many useful tips on places to visit and local food to try. He also showed us maps with recommended attractions. The apartment was well-equipped with guidebooks featuring both summer and winter trails.

MAGIC PLACE

MAGIC PLACE we had snow a fantastic car a nice place fantastic host and great guides . a super supermarket with fresh fish and superb meat .. plenty of veg we saw the Aurora borealis twice, one even from the terrace at home.. the reindeers free and in with the SAMi people. we did few short drive around to see the fiord at day and night.. ( well we had 3 jh light a day we rest we had twice dinner out in Tromso and in Skogfiords we had super company for chasing the first night the l nordic lights called Wandering Owl ..all was magic .
