Staying at the property felt like sleeping in a museum! It is a really old wooden house that served multiple generations and you could feel it! It does not mean that the house is dirty and falling apart, quite the opposite - there is a lot of modern facilities like internet, A/C, dishwasher etc, and everything was so clean it was far beyond my expectations! We were also gifted with fresh eggs for breakfast. A lot of thanks and respect to the property owner, and looking forward to staying there again!

Olympic black run (the mens and woman’s downhill course) was...

Olympic black run (the mens and woman’s downhill course) was the most difficult ski run I have encountered, having visited various Norwegian resorts…very enjoyable for those of black standard….plenty of other variety…easy family skiing available in resort. Maybe chair lifts need wind covers and dare I say seat heaters when weather is really cold( Kvitfell please note Hafjell offer that!), so there’s a challenge?

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 4 and picked Kvitfjell Hotel as our base for skiing holiday. The rooms are not huge but gives you all comfort you need. The best part is that you are literally 1 min walk from the lift, 15 sec from sauna and also you have the access to the small gym. For our 2 sons that was absolutely brilliant. If you like cross country skiing, you have over 250 km of tracks around this hotel. Overall, fantastic place to stay - 10.

Very pleasant hotel with nice wood and stone features and large windows in the main area. Great fireplace to hangout. Convenient ski in ski out once you figure it out (some explaining at front desk when arriving would be nice). Nice buffet breakfast and diner menu with choice of meat, fish or vegetarian adaptable to food intolerances. Good value overall.

Location location location! Ski in ski out, the slopes just behind the window. We stayed in double room, its enough space for two. The hotel also has cabins for 4, 6 or 8 people. Breakfast is standart. We didn't dine there, but there is a buffet from 19h and its around 300kr per person. Anyway, nothing fancy but nice and clean, we will come back!

Everything. in particular, I was astonished at the pool – it’s size and beauty. The fact that the weather is also perfect made short, stay beautiful. We will be back next February for a few days.
