The setting is truly lovely. A beautiful apartment above the hosts' garage. Living area/kitchen was such a nice place to relax. Host even provided a streaming-enabled tv and dvd library. Comfortable beds; nice linens. You can tell that the host cares about this property, and very much wants to ensure his guests' stay is comfortable.

Modern, clean and very comfortable room for a family (2 adults and a child). Perfect location for visiting Lillehammer only a few minutes walk from train station. The adjoining restaurant is lovely and the food was brilliant - good selection of vegetarian food too. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel is centrally located, you can easily walk the town. The hotel also has underground parking garage which was convenient with snow. Hotel provides breakfast and dinner which was delicious everyday. Hotel was about 10-15 minute drive to Hafjell for skiing!

I was traveling with a four year old, so from that perspective I can say the following: By the reception there’s a playroom for 0-4 year olds (with two comfy chairs for the adults!) which was highly appreciated. There was also an activity room a few floors down for older kids (ping pong table etc). The indoor pool was great! The spa had a quiet section that was separate from the pool, I really liked this as it made me comfortable bringing my kid to the pool without being a nuisance to others. Great breakfast for both kids and adults! The restaurant also had a decent kids menu for dinner. Great outdoor area to let your kids run around (also with mini golf). Really nice and helpful staff.
