Upon entering, the house was lit up, and the owners had written a lovely welcome letter for us. It felt like coming home to this typical Norwegian house. You couldn't imagine anything that wasn't there. From a phone charger to perfumes for both the husband and wife. Everything you need is there. The refrigerator was fully stocked. The owners, Christian and Synnøve, are fantastic people and will help you with any questions you have. It's so relaxing there, the days flew by. It was a shame we had to go back home.

Our room and the breakfast were absolutely perfect. The spacious accommodations exceeded our expectations, especially with the complimentary upgrade to accommodate the children's bed. The convenience of parking right in front of the hotel was a huge plus. The gym facilities surpassed those found in typical hotels, offering a fantastic workout experience. Moreover, the addition of a sauna was a good surprise, providing a relaxing retreat after our exercise sessions. Overall, our stay far exceeded our expectations, making it an exceptionally enjoyable and comfortable experience. We highly commend the hotel for its exceptional service and amenities, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Alesund is a stunning town and Hotel Brosundet is right in the heart of it. The building exterior is gorgeous and matched by the lobby and rooms. Be sure to make a reservation at the restaurant in advance! We ate in the cafe and still had a lovely dinner, then stopped by the on-site bar for delicious cocktails. Overall it was an excellent location, clean and modern rooms, and all the amenities needed.

The position is great if you want to stay close to the...

The position is great if you want to stay close to the airport and walk around. You can catch a bus to/from the airport and to/from main town, you can also walk up to the hill, to the ferry and on the bridge. In the right season, you can also hire a bike. The room has everything that you might need, considering that you are planning to pass your day out. The supermarket and the restaurant are very handy as well.

In general it was a good stay.

In general it was a good stay. Easy to find the place and get keys. The natural view around the residence was very beautiful. The pictures on the booking page about access to the beach are not the same on site. There was no access to the beach. Need litle bit more concentration on higienic standards. Thank You It was naice place for family.

Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low...

Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low discount price at Alesund Airport Hotel. Instead of a room in the actual hotel building, our room was in a little structure across the parking lot called the Mini Hotel. Our room was tiny and cramped with no place to put our luggage except the beds or the floor. I was unable to upgrade to a regular room so not happy with the checkin staff. One last thing, the Hotel is actually 10 minutes or several Kilometers from the airport.

Very good value for money. Father's stay with three teenagers. Room and bathroom clean. Double bed very comfortable, sofa bed quite comfortable. Medium sized room comfortable enough. In the large hall, a lot of space, sofas, armchairs and tables, a very nice place to meet more people. In the hall, there is also a vending machine with coffee and hot water. Tasty breakfast and a shop in the Kivi building. I recommend this hotel

The staff Liene is excellence and very helpful. She booked the bus ticket from hotel to airport for me. She was double checking with her friend that the bus would come to pick me up at 5am. I had enough time for security checking for my flight @6:20am. The airport bus FB65 stops at the front of the hotel.

The price is reasonable for the tourists who travel alone. And the room is clean enough ! Besides it’s near the bus stop ytterland so easy to access to airport or alesund city center .
