It was an incredible time in a very beautiful and serene place. The host was so attentive and helpful, while also allowing us absolute privacy. All the amenities were top of the line and very well thought out. Even though it was a higher cost per night we still felt like it was great value for money. After arriving we instantly changed our plans to book another night. Would 100% recommend this place to couples and people who want a destination holiday.

Location was beautiful with a native bush walk, lovely views, peaceful and quiet. The hosts Julie and Nick were very friendly and welcoming. The log house is absolutely amazing, we have never been in a house like it, the craftmanship is incredible ! The continental breakfast was great too. A wonderful stay ! A very well appointed and comfortable room in a beautiful location. This would be a great place to spend a few days. The small kitchen is very well appointed and the room is spacious and private with a deck overlooking the inlet. The bathroom is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Lodge. Candy and Rawiri are great hosts. <3 We could even pick some vegetables out of their garden for our dinner. They were always helpful and provided great tips for the area. The lodge has everything you need, is super spacious and has a great view. It is a special place. Highly recommend it!

Our hostess was lovely and there to greet us on arrival. The location is quiet, and the comfy beds resulted in a good night's sleep for all. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cater easily for ourselves. As a bonus, the artwork from the hostess is very pleasing to the eye. It's an older property that has been redecorated with care, so overall, it is a pleasant place to stop a while.
