We were a group of 8. We stayed in the villa for one night and everything was perfect. Cleanliness, comfort, relaxation, everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need. The view was stunning, just steps from the sea. Check-in and check-out were quick and the staff was very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi on the top floor are perfect for a relaxing moment.

Fantastic property right on the sea front. You can head the waves from the outside area. The property is beautifully decorated and furnished. Modern amenities. The host was outstanding, he answered every question I had and made fantastic recommendations for places to eat, he was so helpful. The property is 20 minutes drive from wadi shab which make it an excellent stopping point for this. Would highly recommend.

Loved the place! Have stayed in several airbnbs but never seems such a well planned house. We had everything we wanted on the property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Love the view, loved the pool, loved that it had Netflix. Loved the place so much, we will be coming back in the winters!

My room was spacious and comfortable. My room was on the top floor. I was sharing the kitchen, balcony and the living room with two other rooms, but it was still comfortable. The sea facing views are amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Nomad Inn Tiwi and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived The hospitality was excellent and the staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay The location is truly special The property feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert, with a lovely pool, lots of greenery, and beautiful views over the canyon It is peaceful, scenic, and very relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind while traveling through Oman We stayed in one of the domes on top, which were very cute and comfortable and had an incredible view of the canyon Waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip They offer food service for breakfast and also dinner if you choose, which was very convenient The food was good and satisfying One possible area for improvement would be offering even more local Omani dishes, although we still enjoyed the meals provided The staff helped us with everything we needed, including advice on visiting the nearby wadi during the day and assistance with practical things like cleaning the car and handling general logistics Their support made our stay smooth and stress free We were extremely happy with our experience and would happily recommend Nomad Inn Tiwi to anyone looking for a unique place to stay with beautiful surroundings and warm, thoughtful hospitality

It is just great place with perfect location, views ( sunrise, sea, wadi shab mountains), not far away from Sur and about 1,20 hour to Muscat. Host and his dog Lilly :))) very hospitable, open minded, attentive, ready to help and advice. We stayed here for 3 nights, but its really good place to stay here longer.
