All the resort stuff were very kind and polite.. The ladies of the reception are very kind and have good English.. The place are quiet and it has a touch of nature specially while sitting in the balcony.. The balcony is fully private and u can spend nice morning while having the coffee there.. Everything was perfect. The rooms were fantastic for the price. It’s right next to its restaurant, which was literally the best one in the whole area. There are Arabic people in our group, and they said the food was top-notch.Next to that there are great stores, including organic ones that sell locally made spices, soaps, and wonderful things. Five minutes away from the highlights of the area.

Excellent European style living for Saiq Plateau stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great kitchen. Just keep in mind the 4WD car requirement to go there, but the hotel can handle this situation.
