An absolutely exceptional experience! The ladies working there went out of their way and beyond for us and deserve a 12/10 rating. Amazingly beautiful scenery, great breakfast, and super comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We were served cocoa tea upon arrival and enjoyed a delicious meal in the afternoon. Because we had to leave early the next day (05:00), the staff made us a big and lovely breakfast at 04am. Nothing to say but a perfect stay!

The views from the rooms and from the main common areas were absolutely incredible. This is a great place to wake early and look for the condors and many many other birds. The grounds are a stunning garden of flowers and sweet-smelling herbs. It was fantastic having a slow morning soaking in the views and enjoy the stunning scenery. The dinner was one of our best in Peru, which we did not expect! Terrific soups, perfectly cooked meat and wonderful flavors. We had herbal tea freshly picked from the garden.

Every room has a beautiful mountain view and the rooms are also very clean. They have cable TV and the showers have hot water. (Just make sure to ask for a blow dryer as they are not placed in the rooms). The breakfast was also good (bread, eggs, butter, jam, juice, tea, and instant coffee). The location is great, being near the square, the hotsprings, and other canyon activities.

La Casa de Santiago Hotel offers accommodation in Cabanaconde. A semi buffet breakfast is served daily with local organic products.

Really comfortable and clean beds, the manager was really friendly and helped us when necessary (we even finished our hike from Sangalle and got to check in a little early to shower. We also could leave our bags for the night whilst we did the trek. They offered tea in the evenings when we went up to watch the sunset as well - very homely!

Staff extremely helpful and very welcoming. Property is bespoke in style, reflecting the local area - all of this is really well done. Located in Cabanaconde, it is ideally located to see the western (and most spectacular) end of the Colca Canyon.

Pachamama was very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Leandro, were very helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant was great, especially the wood-fire pizzas after hiking in the Colca Canyon for a few days. We stayed for a night on either end of our Colca Canyon trip and I'm glad we did!

it’s such a lovely place that we were completely surprised by it. beautiful garden, obviously well taken care of by Gloria and her husband; nice bedroom, big and clean, with a pretty modern bathroom; diner was just so good, they even have vegetarian choices! if you arrive by day, you can even have a hot shower! (they use solar panel) and both sunset and sunrise view, breath-taking !! 1000% recommend!
