The location, the view, the elevator, the staff very friendly, the breakfast was served on the top floor of the hotel and the view was outstanding!

It was quaint, clean, comfortable beds and attractive though modest rooms, right next to the hot springs and easily walkable to the buses to Machu Picchu. The included breakfast was very pleasant and the staff were all helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, though not associated with the hotel.
