The hotel had good facilities. I really enjoyed the pool area, the gym and the spa. The food was excellent in the goji both for breakfast and evening meal and the pool bar had a great vibe too. The staff were lovely.

The room was clean and well maintained. I am impressed by the details such as First Aid is ready in the bathroom, cooking tools and even some seasonings are set. It would be unfair for me to comment, having stayed there twice. How do you know the SureStay staff and management are excellent? Simple. You don't see them unless you need them. And then, they are excellent!!!! Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes. THE most polite. THE most engaging. We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management. They are that good. From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.
