We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The level of service provided was exceptional, professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and cosy, offering a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The restaurant was equally impressive, with delicious food, a great variety of options, and a team that provided prompt and courteous service throughout every meal. Special thanks to the front desk and restaurant staff for their outstanding hospitality. Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. The hotel was in a central position for visitors or people on business. The breakfast was made up of a kind of packed lunch and you knew what the choices were before you booked. The packed food for breakfast was complimentary and was always tasty, such as corned beef and rice and several other dishes. The staff were exceptional even putting on a driver to take my family on a day trip in the area. The staff gel well together and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was clean and inviting and we used that facility whenever we wanted it. The hotel is almost brand new, in an area where most property is of an older nature. If you want genuine service, then please do not hesitate to make a stay there.

I like the beddings, it is soft and comfortable to use. I have a sound sleep during my stay as well as my sister and his 7 year old child. I am happy that meals ordered in their restaurant can be delivered in the room. The taste of foods are very pinoy and I like it. I like the available hot and cold water in taking a bath early in the morning. I also like the available hot and cold water at the cafeteria 24 hours. Anytime of the day and night, check-in guests can get drinking water in case they feel the urge to drink water. I also like the aircon that I can manage room temperature that best fit for us inside the room. Hotel staff are very accommodating and you will feel at home talking with them.

Nice and clean. Very good room when you think about the location in Lucena. We were visiting family and needed a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly enough, but did not know how to get us a taxi. I do not think that they are used to tourist.

Breakfast is not included, but they provided instant coffee. Location is near to the market and resto. The caretaker Ate is very accommodating and also the owner. The house is big and also the bedrooms. The Ate even showed us the 2nd Floor ancestral house to take a look and picked some Rambutan for us to try.

This is our 2nd time staying in the resort. It's a nice place for weekend break to escape from the crowded city. We met the owner and she is kind and friendly. She showed the diversity of the plants in the nature garden. All are amazing.
