We had a great stay at Duroyou Inn that we will not forget. The owners and staff are all young, open and super friendly. The atmosphere is totally hospitable and we felt like home. Syed and his brothers do a great job and we had very interesting conversations. They are all very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, everything is very clean. They even installed new air conditioners. The accommodation has a quiet garden as well as a roof terrace from which you have a super view. There is also a lounge where you can get in touch with other guests and the staff. Drinking water can be filled from a container at any time. We had breakfast and dinner at the accommodation, everything was always delicious and the price was very good. We were also especially pleased with the great dog Snoopy. She is insanely sweet and is very happy about petting. Thank you very much for the great time with you, we will be very happy to come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury mountain hotel, and we cannot praise it enough. From the warm and attentive service to the beautifully designed rooms and stunning mountain views, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The attention to detail and the personalized touches made this visit truly memorable. Compared to the same hotel’s location in Islamabad, this one felt much more intimate and personal, offering a unique charm that elevated the entire experience. While it may not boast the same grandeur or opulence as its Islamabad counterpart, the coziness and bespoke service more than made up for it.

The staff and their warmth, their hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They accommodated our requests in every way possible and made sure that we had a relaxing evening after our long travel to Gilgit. In fact, a few days later when our flight was cancelled, they welcomed our group and allowed us to wait at the hotel, even giving us a complimentary room to rest in. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! This is a fantastic new hotel opened in 2023. It has a high quality feel to it and straight away at arrival, I felt comfortable. There is some buzzing from a generator in a room that I was staying in - as I'm sound sensitive, I asked to be moved which was immediately rectified by Hotel Manager Mr Hayee. I spoke with him about some issues I had experienced with a tour guide and he was compassionate and said "You are MY guest now," and made sure I had a comfortable stay from that moment on. The next day, Mr Imran Khan also one of the managers, came to help me with personal matter related to a difficult tour guide. He was kind, courteous, protective and offered the service and respect you would get in a hotel in Europe. It was so evident that he had international experience and even though I was in Gilgit, a mountain town, it felt like I was in a five star hotel in a Western capital. When my flight was cancelled, the transport manager made quick arrangements to get me to Islamabad promptly. Overall, I felt like royalty and cannot thank the staff enough for taking good care of me. Rooms are clean and impeccable. The view from the fourth floor restaurant is wonderful.

Host was fantastic very knowledgeable and was happy to help whenever needed. Location of facility is very safe and easy to access. Food was good we had lot of meat on our travels in Hunza then Raahi hotel offered Daal and rice which was yummy. I loved the setup of the place . Nice balcony and comfortable sitting area to watch TV.
