Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

Great location walking distance to airport (even if you're with kids and suitcases you can easily walk to it so no need for transport unless I guess it rains). Nice decor, very clean, breakfast available from 3 am (basic but enough to grab something first thing am, full menu is available at later time) . We had to leave after 4 and it was great to be able to quickly eat something or pack for the journey as paper bags are provided. To me hotel feels more like a 4 star and not 3.

had a 6 am flight from Krakow Airport and needed a place to sleep the night before. This has been my third stay at AirPark and I will definitely stay here again should I need a place to crash before the flight. It's extremely close to the airport, has massive parking, comfortable beds, and a very attentive staff. Compared to prices for other hotels nearby I definitely recommend a stay at AirPark. They also provide a free shuttle from/to the airport should you need one.

New (2024 build), modern, clean and contemporary Rain shower Well equipped 3 bus stops from Balice airport Great communication with the host who were very professional and timely and their prompt replies were much appreciated Being able to book a lift to airport with the host (50 zloty approx 10 pounds in October 2025) was really helpful

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, very quiet and in an interesting building just outside Krakow. And very convenient for the airport - just don’t order your taxi via Booking.com or Ryanair.
