Akram is a super cool host. Attentive, well-informed and funny. They're right at the beginning, which means you won't find loads of people on here yet, but I honest to god had a good time in Hebron and Akram was a big part of that. Particularly useful if you want to understand what the hell is going on there. And no, I'm not paid to say this - he's just a genuinely cool guy. It was an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The rooms, in addition to being thought-provoking, are luxurious and beautiful. I enjoyed the services , a clean hotel and so friendly staff! GM Mr Fares Bandak offered us when we arrived a free ride from the bus stop to the hotel as we were first time there. And receptionist Mr Hana helped us printing our check in! Excellent position in Bethlehem , 10 min walk straight direction to Manger Square ( Nativity Church and Omar's Mosque )

This was my second stay at the Bethlehem hotel. The room view overlooking the city is amazing. Especially morning sunrise. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Especially receptionist Jessica, who was super helpful, translating Arabic to English for me and giving good advise about the city.
