The property itself - so lovely and exquisite; it’s location with respect to the centre of town and access to other sites around the island; the staff are so clientele focused - couldn’t be more helpful, nothing too much for them, always smiling, lovely individuals; so clean and immaculate and the bed so comfortable.Breakfast was excellent, so much and so tasty.

Fantastic hotel, would 100% recommend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Unlimited access to the coffee machine. Loads of easy parking. Great location. Lovely pool and spa. The room was very large and had a powerful shower. Everyone was new as the hotel was only been open for a year. We had a problem with our flight - it was delayed by 6 hours until after 3am, so Tony (the hotel owner), kindly picked us up (as the taxi ranks were closed). The hotel staff had excellent communication when discussing our delayed flight problem through the booking.com website.

Beautifully decorated and peaceful place to stay! It's restored inside a lovely monastery, which looks really nice now. The design and architecture are impressive. The staff is super friendly and helpful, parking is easy, breakfast is delicious, the location is both quiet and close to the city and ocean, and the views of Monte Brasil and the ocean are amazing. Our room on the third floor was very peaceful, bright, and had a nice ocean view. The small pool is good for a quick swim and relaxation. Common areas are also super spacious and stylish. Overall, it's a very relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Very big room with a spacious bathroom and living room zone. The location is very central and close to all restaurants and bars. Very good breakfast in the morning, with a big selection of cakes that change every morning. The hotel has a big parking lot right next to it where guests can park the car. We had a great time at the hotel, which was all we needed. Would recommend it.

Hotel Monte Brasil is nicely situated in Angra do Heroísmo close to cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. only a 3- 4 minute walk to the center of the city and botanical gardens, and ocean views a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful, and informative. we enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning guests for another stay at Hotel Monte Brasil when we return to this lovely Island of Terceira and Heritage City of Angra do Heroísmo We highly recommend Hotel Monte Brasil for the it's comfort, charm, location, and price.
