Absolutely perfect stay! We needed a place in the middle from Lisbon to Obidos to rest for the night and we found far more than this. Nadia, our host, not only sent us very good instructions to find the place but also we found her outside to give us indications (at midnight)! The place is very very cosy and clean and fully organized with everything you could need for your stay. More than this, since we arrived at night Nadia prepared for us a delicious cake for the breakfast. Thanks for all Nadia, we'll remember your place with great pleasure!

The location is a challenging drive up through the Serra de Monte Junto mountain villages, many roads I had not driven before. Upon arrival, we were met very graciously by the host. The room accommodation was nicely laid out. The water for bathing is nice and hot, something that is not always found in Portugal. The bathtub is a nice deep soaker, however, as an older person, I found it difficult to get out of the tub. The communal dining area is an exceptional Portuguese layout. The grounds have been manicured for a very relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, I had come down with a fever at this point in my travels, and I was unable to appreciate the accommodations to their fullest.

If you're looking for a calm and relaxing vacation away from tourist crowds and noise, this is the place. Mountain views were fantastic, and we ended up having the pool to ourselves. Even though this is a private estate, the suit was more well thought-out than some hotels with a quiet ceiling fan, double sinks and a towel drier in the bathroom. The host was very friendly and helpful. We may be back again one day!

We came to watch the meteor shower. There were clouds, we didn't see anything, but we weren't upset at all, because it was one of the best hotels I've been to. Stunning views, spacious and clean rooms. The friendly owner of the hotel. And an incredible pool with warm salt water. This is such a rarity in Portugal. The hotel is a great place to stop, exhale and reboot, which we did. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in a great place and the view to mountains is amazing. Clare is very kind and friendly. Breakfast was great and everyday Clara baked us a new delicious cake. Every where is super clean and all places are well-designed and renovated with great materials.

The room was comfy, the entire hotel was very clean with an amazing view of the region. Clara was very attentive, responding to messages quickly and even helping us when we couldn't find a taxi back late at night.
