Breakfast was fantastic, good spread n well thought off. Location is ideal. Close to lots of things. Shopping next door. Transport close by. East 3 min walk to the shrine for services .Quite a centrally located and easily accessible hotel. Excellent staff. Reception staff Nelson Perira was superb n great to talk to

Central location, very clean, great atmosphere, good food in the restaurant/breakfast and awesome integration with the climbing center (i.e. being able to see the 30m wall from the windows in the room floors). Also, although not a review of the hotel itself but rather of the climbing center: loved the 30m wall as well as the other areas (bouldering, auto-belays, top-rope). It's beginner friendly and goes up to about 7a+/V7 (but there's also a Kilter board available if you want something harder).

We loved everything, all the staff that worked there were just amazing. The rooms were great, clean and new. Super good breakfast. The customer service was just amazing and respectful. The restaurant across the street from the hotel (Mozart) was beyond expectations, the food and service were incredibly good. We will stay here again without a second thought! Batalha Monastery pretty close by car. 100% recommended.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of parking right outside the entrance of the hotel, the room is beautifully decorated with good air-conditioning and a large bathroom, comfortable beds with plugs beside the bed. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice in a nice dining room.
