Staying here was a dream! The beautiful location inside a vineyard is itself lovely. The incredible thoughtfulness of the owners and staff make this exceptional. We really enjoyed the basket of breakfast, the arrival cake and wine, enjoying it outside with the birdsong and sunshine…Vinha is just down the road from all the sites of Ponte de Lima. Resting up on the sun loungers, enjoying the clean pool, the jacuzzi at Vinha was deeply relaxing. We also enjoyed the fire pit. Maria and Ana are very warm and caring. It felt like childhood summers where all your cares are provided for and you deeply enjoy relaxing in nature. We brought our cat and his tent and every morning he loved getting out into the morning sun. The design of the rooms is really smart with clever details like the door’s window design so he could watch birds outside all day.

Everything! The staff are amazing-very attentive to ensuring a comfortable, serene, and enjoyable stay. We were lucky enough to spend 5 nights at Hotel Paco de Vitorino. The grounds are beautiful and include a large pool. The bed was 10 out of 10 for comfort. . It felt like we were on a retreat, yet close enough to drive to Ponte de Lima, Ponte de Barca, Guimaraes, Braga & explore the Minho region. It was an unforgettable experience!!! Thank you!! We had a short but very pleasant stay at the Inlima Hotel. Firstly, all the receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly, the room was amazing—not only was it spacious, but it also featured a large balcony with a stunning view of the church and a partial view of the river. The room included a safe and a small refrigerator, though I would suggest adding a kettle for convenience. The breakfast was more than adequate, offering a variety of options like bacon, mushrooms, eggs, and a wide selection of pastries and fruit (including watermelon, melon, oranges, and more). Additionally, you can order espresso or cappuccino. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the main promenade and nearby attractions. There's also a huge free parking area surrounding the hotel (the entrance is on the left), so finding a spot is never an issue. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

If, like us, you stay here as part of walking the Camino, you may not want to continue to Santiago because you will think you have already gone to heaven. The hosts treated us almost like family and were delightful people, hospitable and informative. Dinner was excellent and Carlos even wanted our opinion of the wine. We have stayed in very expensive hotels in famous cities that were not as clean and luxurious as here. If we ever come back to this area of Portugal, we will want to come stay here without doubt. Oh, and having an enclosed, warm salt-water swimming pool was wonderful at the end of a long day of walking. Breakfast was good too.
