Iiked the 5 minutes driving fron airport. Loved tge reception (sofia & alex) they welcomed me and give rich informations about the villas and the area. They recommended great places to visit also. Rooms are high class maintained and no comment on it. Breakfast is good and reasonable. Horses are the best experience with the sunset😍 Always new 👍

The ocean view from the window is awesome. Comfortable bed and great linens. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with various food options: champagne, fruits, cheeses, meats, breads, yogurts, sweets, some hot food choices, etc. Nice spa with saunas and pool. Great restaurants near by (walking distance) to have dinner: Gastronomo or Sao Pedro restaurants. Hotel has parking for 10 euros a day.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff are particularly friendly especially to our little pup Bruno. He had so much fun running around the hotel and the lobby saying hi to everybody. The hotel is definitely the best in the entire island.

It was just great. Very beautiful and comfy room with the sea view. We also got a free upgrade of the room because of our honeymoon. Amazing breakfast, all the staff was very nice and helpful too. If we will be back on the island we would definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything.

Everything. From the second we booked, we had an immediate message from Ana, and she was always available for when I had questions. As we got closer to our arrival date, Ana checked in to see if we needed anything and re-iterated all the amenities that she could provide, including pick up at the airport, cleaning...even offered to do some grocery shopping to ensure we had what we needed when we arrived. Ana provide us with a list of restaurants, grocery stores and other important information we would require. Upon arrival, Ana met us at the property, gave us a tour of the property and was very accommodating of our needs. The property itself is, well...PARADISE. My wife and I hadn't told anyone about it, so it was a total surprise to everyone when we pulled into the driveway. The look on their faces was worth a million bucks. The villa truly has everything. We had zero issues with the TV, Internet, bedrooms, toilets, kitchen...everything was perfect. The kids enjoyed the big back yard, sitting in the screened sunroom or having a snack under the gazebo in the back yard. There is laundry facilities with a clothesline in the back yard. From a location perspective, I think it took us 20 minutes to get from the airport. The villa is centrally located on the north side of the island, it's about 45 minutes or so to both the east & west sides of the Island. Ribeira Grande is also just under 20 minutes away, and you can get whatever you need there...or down in Ponta Delgada, which is also just 20 minutes away. There's a golf course a little more than 5 minutes away...honestly, this is PARADISE.
