This hotel is stunning! Everything about it is pure luxury. Decked out in marble, the rooms and facilities are incredible. The owner owns a marble quarry, so the design of the hotel is fully fitted out in marble. It is rare and world class. The daily breakfast was impeccable and the servers were so kind and spoke in French, English and Portuguese. The staff went over and above and we booked in a wine tasting with the chef of the restaurant and it was amazing!!

Beautiful, rooms are nice and a good functioning airconditioning, swimming pool perfect, very typical Portuguese style Alentejo, breakfast was very good and last but not least, all staff from reception to cleaners were very friendly. I definitely will go back.

My husband was not feeling well and we ended up arriving earlier than the time we had told the owner, but she was flexible and accommodating. She was very kind and gave me directions to the facilities and the parking lot. Later, my husband's condition worsened and he had to go to the hospital. When we contacted her by phone, she immediately responded by giving us the hospital's address. We were really grateful. The room was cute and very clean, and we could feel the kind considerations everywhere. Thank you for providing us with such a heartwarming place to stay in such an attractive town!

We loved the atmosphere so much, it is a 17th century building turned into a hotel. We had an unexpectedly amazing dinner, kids' menu being a bonus, so we ate there again. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice.
