Incredible private house in a small village. Lots of space both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful design, lush garden and private pool area. The bathroom is simply outstanding! The place looks exactly as beautiful as on the pictures. What a wonderful and calm place to relax between the hustle of Lisbon and Porto. Beautiful views on Douro river. We booked Quinta do Pedregal for 4 nights for my birthday trip. Our stay was simply excellent ! Our room/lodge was so cosy, clean and made/decorated with taste. The staff and their attention to details and to their clients was exceptional, we felt well taken care of. They spoke to us in our native language the whole time, they were all kind and super helpful. Special thank you to Raphaela. The spa amenities were amazing too and clean. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and also for one dinner we had there was made with fresh ingredients only and was wonderful. Thank you again !

Very nice, lovely and quite area. A lot of green outside including a nice spring nearby and an old well in the courtyard. We had to leave very early in the morning and the owner arranged for us in the evening a generous breakfast to take with us. We will be happy to come once again for longer time.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Very cozy, spacious, and clean, with a breathtaking view of the Douro River.
