I had a wonderful stay at West City Hotel in Cluj. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This location is one of the best location I ever booked. It is very modern and chic. It is very, very clean and equipped with everything you need. There is even a supermarket at the ground floor of the building. I was very impressed by the little card and gift for my b-day, it was a very nice touch, thank you :)

Literally the cleanest apartment I ever stayed in. Very tidy and quite cozy. The host was very kind and supportive. We were allowed to check out one hour later than was agreed. The apartment was well-equipped.
