The Front Office Desk Manager (Queen) is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and has solutions for any issue you might face. This hotel offers exceptional customer service! Despite our 3 a.m. arrival due to a delayed flight, a staff member was waiting for us at the airport. They were also incredibly helpful with printing documents and went above and beyond throughout our stay. The staff was outstanding, the hotel was spotless, and I highly recommend it!
