A very charming place. Very close to the Kigali convention centre to and from which I walked every day. The staff is beyond amazing! Location of the property is close to all city attractions ( by motorcycle) and to airport ( free transportation by the hotel. The Front Office Desk Manager (Queen) is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and has solutions for any issue you might face. The restaurant breakfast and other menu items tastes so good with reasonable price and big portions.

These people were so nice. The restaurant food was great. We needed some extra accommodations with toiletries n stuff and anything you asked for, baam! It's there. Staff are well trained, clean rooms the full package!! I highly recommend Plus you get an amazing view of the mountains in the morning. Will go there when I'm back in kigali

This hotel offers exceptional customer service! Despite our 3 a.m. arrival due to a delayed flight, a staff member was waiting for us at the airport. They were also incredibly helpful with printing documents and went above and beyond throughout our stay. The staff was outstanding, the hotel was spotless, and I highly recommend it!
