Our stay at View Al Madinah Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Prophet’s Mosque, with a beautiful view that made every prayer time special. The staff were respectful, kind, and always ready to help. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, ideal for rest after long hours in the Haram. I had an amazing stay at Valy Al Medina Hotel. After a very difficult experience at the airport, we were welcomed immediately by the manager/receptionist, who was incredibly kind, gentle and professional. She made sure we didn’t have to wait for our room and allowed us to settle in right away, which meant a lot after such a long day. Throughout the stay, the service was excellent. At check-out, she personally greeted us again with the same warmth and professionalism. I also want to thank Muzaki, the room attendant, for his great work and kindness. Everything was perfect. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.
