The kind lady at reception was very helpful. They have an excellent 24/7 bus service to al haram. Very family friendly. The rooms were clean and they have everything we needed for our stay. The supervisor Mr. Liton faiz was very diligent and hospitable . And the bellboy Mr. Marwan was very courteous and helpful.
