Easy access to the free ferry from Vaxholm and the rest of the island. Good walking and cycling in the area and several forts to visit. Pizza restaurant nearby. There was only one other room occupied when we stayed so sharing the bathrooms was not a problem. Good showers. Attractive communal area. Excellent breakfast. Simple, comfortable, semi-communal living with privacy when you want it. Very easy booking and check in. One hour ferry ride from central Stockholm. An interesting and peaceful island.

The hotel setting/location was beautiful. The access to the roof offered 360 degrees of amazing views. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. When we arrived and at check out, there were no staff on hand but all the information necessary was provided for us, including the key to our room, in an envelop. The process was easy.

Very cosy hotel and a well-cleaned room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although we arrived after reception closing and had forgotten to do the late check-in as instructed in the welcome message, they helped us over the phone to get in and receive our room keys. The breakfast was good for it's size and we got everything we needed.

It was a great location, close to everything we needed - shops, train station, bus stops, restaurants, parks etc. We liked the breakfast buffet too. Staff were friendly and happy to help us. Also on National Cinnamon Bun Day the hotel provided free cinnamon buns to celebrate - that was nice.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area: water, lake, garden. The breakfast buffet is very nice and there is coffee, water and tea available during the day. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Facilities are great, there's a nice swimming pool and gym. The area around hotel is beautiful and huge, stuff is brilliant and helpful. There are also EV chargers available on the car park.
