Best pizza we've ever had. Love the region, trail running and then swimming in the lake and having a sauna makes this the best stopover on our way north or south. Great breakfast, nice rooms and cosy atmosphere too, and wonderful staff, of course. I know we'll keep coming back!

Smålandsgarden is a stunning place, situated right at a lake and with a very calm atmosphere. The room is decorated in a simple Scandinavian way. There's no TV set which somehow adds to the tranquillity though. Breakfast and dinner were both good, too. Everything at a reasonable price by Swedish standards. Staff has been very friendly.

I have enjoyed my 5-night stay at Grännagården Hottel och Restaurang! It was my first time in Sweden, and I felt at home. Lina and family were great hosts and went way above their duties to accommodate my needs. They upgraded my room for the best lake view ever with no extra costs and kindly gave me a ride to the bus station when I was leaving! I cherish the time I spent in Granna and all the support I received from the hotel staff. I will visit again!

Very good location for us, friendly staff, great breakfast ( something for everyone but not too much, as in some hotels), nice rooms. Attached to a sports center so good for sport teams and other groups. A kitchenette in the central hallway, from the breakfast room a direct access to the bowling alley. Also, we arrived very late when the reception was already closed but got our keys from a locker box. A great stay!

We had a room for four. Not that big but enough with a nice balcony to the lake. Breakfast is nice, there is a store, restaurant and a gas station. The staff is very helpfull and nice, parking is right next to the room

My stay was definitely too short. I would love to explore more the surroundings of Haurida (Åsens by) or just stay in the old village and relax and unwind in the garden, in the forest or by the lake side.
