We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in a warm room (Kamoos) of Icehotel. The room was very spacious, cozy, nicely designed, decorated and lighted with typical Scandinavian styles which we liked. It had comfy beds, lots of storage spaces, roomy and nice bathroom with good quality amenities. Lovely view from the corner windows of our room where we could see trees covered with snow (early April) All hotel guests were free to roam around the cold rooms and all facilities such as the bar, exhibition, etc. which was an experience in itself. We also loved the breakfast which was at the hotel restaurant across the street. The buffet menu was superb, all you can eat cold and hot food including a lot of healthy options. There were many adventure activities offered at the Adventure Center. The 1,5 hour dogsledding tour we took was fun and of good value. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby frozen river and around the hotel complex. As temperature could get quite cold, as said it its website, we could borrow overall warm clothing and boots from the reception which was also provided for activities at the hotel. We took a train from Stockholm to Kiruna and then a bus to the hotel. Going back we asked the hotel staff to book a taxi for us.

Reindeer Lodge features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 23 km of Kiruna Train Station and 20 km of Kiruna Bus Station.

A really nice place in the near of Jukkasjärvi. The huts are comfortable and really big. The big hut with the kitchen and a small lounge is also very comfortable. If you plan a stay there, please also use the lounge at the reception! A well warmed Sami tent, cool drinks and the breakfast is waiting there for you. It is also the starting point for feeding the raindeer :)

I had a beautiful vacation at the Aurora River Camp. We had one of the glass igloos facing the river and spent 4 wonderful nights there. We saw the aurora on all four nights. The igloo comes with a small kitchenette and emergency toilet. There is a really comfortable and cozy common house with a kitchen, toilet and luxurious breakfast. Tony and all the staff are super approachable and helpful. We had the sauna and barbeque at the camp which were amazing experiences. We saw a grand show of the Northern Lights on our last day there and the best part was that we could enjoy it from the warmth of our room. There are lots of fun activities at the camp and around it. I would highly recommend the Husky sledding.

We stayed for 4 nights. The lodge is very cozy and well equipped. Especially in winter it is the perfect location to come home to after an outdoor adventure. We really enjoyed our stay. Also the hosts are very nice and attentive with any question.

Superb, quiet cabin, with a stunning view over a frozen river. Great location to relax and take in the nature. Short 15 mins drive from the airport, easily accessible with a rental car, with the cabin being both remote and actually not too far of a drive from a small supermarket etc. Extremely nice and helpful owners, with Cecilia being super warm and always at the ready to help, living on the same property. Very clean cabin, with a great high bed, incl.a remote-control adjustable matress and a huge panoramic window above the bed, for that perfectly relaxing viewing point for aurora. Highly recommendable !

The cabin was so well thought out, cosy and perfect for northern light watching! The high up electric bed was fab and super comfy. Cecilia came to greet us and was lovely and welcoming, she has two very happy dogs too! I would recommend this place to anyone, it was excellent value for money and one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

First of all we would like to express our gratitude for the warm welcome we received from our host Alexandre. Our stay at Lakeside Aurora Cabin is one of the most beautiful of our lives. The location on the lake was magical. In the clean and warm cottage we felt at home immediately. Enjoyed the atmospheric vibe and every evening our private sauna was fantastic. We came for the northern lights and were lucky enough to see them every evening and capture them on film. Due to the beautiful location it was super clear to see.
