Beautiful place, very kind and helpful manager. The room was small, but it didn't matter because there is a lot of space inside and outside the house where you can rest. The kitchen is very well equiped. Our stay here was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel, very well designed, you feel like you are in someone's beautiful mansion and you can really imagine how the family that owned it lived and used it. Very homey and authentic. Every detail is taken care of. Great restaurant and amazing breakfast.

We loved this hotel. It had alot of history and a personal touch. The staff were very attentive and wecoming. It was warm and friendly, beds were comfortable, all very clean. The staff were charming and the breakfast was delicious. We will aim to stay there again if we re-visit in the future.

This property is beautifully located in the centre of Trollhättan, by the canal waterfront. Scandic Swania was built in the early 1900s as a city hall.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The building itself is quite normal, and the rooms are rather small. However, everything is very lovingly furnished and very meaningful and friendly renovated. The total friendliness of the staff is impressive. In addition to breakfast, there was a small afternoon snack and a lovely evening buffet. Not large, but lovingly prepared and tasty. The breakfast was also very lovingly prepared and well thought out. The beds and rooms were perfectly fine, and there was parking in the back courtyard for a small extra charge. All in all, when I'm in Trollhättan, I'll be coming back

Although not manned over the midsummer festivities, the upfront information and arrangements allowed easy access and a breakfast was prepared and left in our name. Very convenient with commmunal facilities (hostel style) to keep foods refrigerated and making a cup of coffee. All equipment provided. Seemed neewly renovated if not build...
