Room was phenomenal, breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had, the dinner/bar staff went above and beyond being helpful and very friendly. This Hotel is perfectly located in the City.

Fantastic staff and service! We were a group of girls that stayed at the hotel before a wedding and we asked the staff if we could get a later check-out so we could prep in peace, and that was no problem for the staff. Very accommodating. Also good breakfast.

I was in this hotel before, everything is great. The best thing is the fact that you have breakfast, Swedish fika, and dinner included. Staff is helpful and kind. There are other facilities (gym, meeting room) but we did not use them. I would definitively stay here again.

Breakfast buffet is excellent, food at the hotel is really good, boyfriend ordered the pasta carbonara 3x over 5 nights! Short walking distance from Central and Coop, pharmacy, midtown and more. The hotel staff was super helpful and welcoming, was in Västerås to have surgery and they helped me with everything I needed and that was most appreciated.
