I loved this place, it’s towards the back of the island which I loved as it’s very jungly and because the island is small, you’re not far from the beach so have the best of both worlds, it looks brand new, I stayed in the bamboo hut with a fan, great size, super clean and despite the location, there wasn’t any bugs, I ended up sleeping without the mosquito net and was fine, the staff are so lovely, they rent mopeds for 250 baht a day, there is a great restaurant next door with amazing food, you do get power cuts but that’s across the whole island due to it being fairly remote and underdeveloped but that all adds to the charm, if you’re looking to experience a less touristy, more traditional part of Thailand, this is the place.

Rinna Resort has by far the best location on the island. It is located on a mountain near the pier with a beautiful view. In addition, the owners are the nicest people we met during our trip through Thailand. The day we had to leave we had to get up early and the owner came to us in the evening to ask what we wanted for breakfast so that it was ready early in the morning. I highly recommend this place!!

We had one of the two bungalows directly on the beach and loved the 5 nights we spent there. The staff is super sweet and helpful, the breakfast (and coffee!) is amazing and the location is also great. The bungalow was squeaky clean and the bed comfortable. We loved our stay, it was super laid back and still in the livelier part of the island. The "road" didn't bother us at all (there is not much traffic to speak of). The staff was absolutely fabulous and always tried to help in any way they can (and even organized us bikes).

Our room was very nice, modern and clean. the beds were comfortable. Its located in the area with all the restaurants and supermarket. Its really close to the beach where you can watch a beautiful sunrise or find a nice bar/restaurant, but the sea tide is very low, so the best beach for swimming is Charlie beach, where you need to walk or take a taxi.

Beautiful apartments, clean, cleaned every day. Quiet location right by the sea. Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast - fruit, vegetables, eggs, toast, pancakes. Nicely furnished apartments. In the center of the island there are a few restaurants where they cook well. We only tried the one that had a pancake house by the bar. tables in the garden opposite the supermarket. Two nice Thai women serve there, the prices are great.
