1. The owner Pierre and Leïla were very welcoming, always looking for ways to improve your stay. For those wanting to enjoy what Koh Samui has to offer without emptying their wallets, Pierre can recommend some interesting activities, both in english or french so don't hesitate to ask as many questions as you can. Laundry, scooter renting, massage services etc are at your disposition for a reasonable cost. 2. The facilities were very clean and organized. The rooms were cleaned everyday, normally in the morning when the guests are having their breakfast but they can still be cleaned in the afternoon if requested. 3. The hotel was remote so no disturbance at night, only the calming sounds of nature. It is also accessible with very good restaurants in the surroundings where you can reach the beach (it will look like a private beach since there are so few people there compared to other beaches). 4. Breakfast or lunch/dinner can be served if the request is made to Leïla in advance. For those not familiar with the island, Pierre can arrange for a taxi to take you to/from the airport. 5. The staff are always smiling and can speak some english. I even had one of the ladies teach me how to ride the scooter twice. Personally, I found my stay perfect. Would definitely recommend for couples, friends, families and lone travellers like me 😉

If you want to cut off from the hustle of the city and just relax at a property, Cascade Tara IS the place to be. We had the best time there. The property is beautiful. There is a natural water stream running through the property. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally sweet and considerate, they did everything to ensure we had the best time. I don’t usually write these long reviews but I’m doing it because they deserve every bit of appreciation.

We stay in a lot of different hotels in Thailand and this one is simply the best. I regret only that we were not able to stay here longer. Everything was perfect. Staff is amazing, thank you all. You made our stay perfect. Next time on Koh Samui I won’t even look for other hotel. Dont skip Muay Thai classes haha

I loved everything about this place. I stayed in the studio just by the sea. The most fantastic view! There's a private terrasse and a private kitchen. Everything is very clean, the style is simple and cosy at the same time. All staff was very helpfull and kind. Especially Jerome, who was a great help, when my connecting flight was so delayed, that I couldn't get there in time. He rescheduled and made it all work out. Such a helpful og loving person. If you look for a place with a lot of restaurants, clubs and shops around the corner, this might not be the right place. For me - looking for some quiet time - this was the absolute best place I stayed in Koh Samui.
