We came from Slovakia to spend a few peaceful days surrounded by nature, and Bogolvar Retreat Resort was exactly what we hoped for. The location is beautiful, quiet, and green, a perfect place to relax and enjoy fresh air and calm surroundings. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and even though we don’t speak Ukrainian, we could always understand each other with smiles and simple words. Everyone was genuinely helpful, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. Our rooms were clean, warm, and cozy, there was always electricity, hot water, and heating. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with delicious food and great coffee. We truly had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, good food, and friendly people. The only small issue was a payment misunderstanding when booking, but that was related to the international bank transfer system, not the hotel’s fault. The staff were honest and tried to help us solve it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Ukraine. Friendly staff, amazing nature and rose gardens, lakes for fishing, pools for swimming are gorgeous, good food, wonderful innovative SpA, tennis courts of a good level, billiards, bowling…. This is a frsmall , charming , welcoming Inn , just next to soviet train station of Mukachevo. I really liked the room I got on the second floor. It had everything needed and I found the bed very comfortable , regarding the fact that I spent there three night. the private parking is limited , but there is no problem to find parking in the street. There are several shops nearby , in front of the entrance of the train station. They do not offer meals or breakfast but there is an excellent restaurant on the ground floor that opens from nine AM until late at night and it is very cheap and tasty. If you come there and ask for breakfast , they will be happy to give you a very satisfying experience

I liked everything in the hotel, but in the restaurant some of the dishes and drinks from the menu were not available.

Excellent place for overnight stay either travelling to or from Ukraine. The staff stoically waited for our arrival with a complete understanding of all delays on the border. The room was big, clean, with 2 comfortable beds. Air conditioner was working when there was electricity.
