A great location close to the main road, but very calm (the hotel itself is a huge complex with its own lake, gardens, and terraces). The hotel's owner is very friendly and personally greets guests. Excellent hotel, I selected the hotel on Booking.com, because the evaluations were excellent and it was located in the city center. I have been more than impressed when I arrived. This place is the best value I ever had over this trip that took me from Karkow to Lviv and Kyiv. The outside of the hotel hides the gem it is on the inside. The decoration is refined, and the level of equipment could make it rival some of the best 5 star hotels. The level of cleanliness is at its pinacle. The staff is courteous and eager to help you. I highly recommend you this hotel and I will definitively come back there for my next visit of this beautiful city of Kharkiv.

I travel to Kharkiv often and always stay at Mirax Sapphire Boutique. The hotel is professional, excellent staff and located at a 10-minutes walk from the city center. Although Kharkiv isn’t safe (but it is safer than for example Kramatorsk), the hotel offers a sense of safety. Highly recommend this hotel!
