The staff was Brilliant!! The way she made our stay - Brilliant after a super long journey - I couldn’t say thank you enough to our night rep Dawntavia! She made us want to stay longer! Also - the rooms were incredible. Spotless, fresh clean scent, spacious, well equipped with everything you would want or need for a stay. I will definitely be looking out for Residence Inns when I travel! When it comes to hotels, Marriot properties are the best if you ask me!

I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

The hotel is better than I expected. I usually don't write reviews for stays, but this one I make a point of doing. Despite the large number of guests, the service is quick and efficient. The room I stayed in was one of the best I’ve ever been in (and I’ve stayed in very expensive hotels), it had everything I needed. I requested a room with a view of Kaseya Center in advance, and they accommodated me, which I thought was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it and would stay again!

Very friendly staff. Came with full hands from Starbucks, they opened door and requested the elevator for me. No unexpected costs. Starbucks Discount voucher was much appreciated. Valet Service was great, offering transportation to beach free of charge.

you can’t go past this hotel if staying at Miami Beach. The front desk folks were standout exceptional. Nothing was too much bother. we had a couple of extra requests which the staff happily fulfilled. also our room had the cleanest bathroom of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It was spotless. The pool and surrounds were first class and the included breakfast was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was the standout though!!
