The room came with its own patio and was clean and comfortable. Lots of different coffee pods to choose from and the shower was great! Bed was very comfortable as well. Highly recommend this place.

My only advice would be someone needs to open an early full breakfast restaurant. If your going to Burney falls and have a dog call Jens kennel. Jen took care of my German shorthair for a day while I went for a hike in a dog restricted area, Burney Falls. He loved it there. Every community needs a place like hers.

These waterfalls absolutely stunned me.

These waterfalls absolutely stunned me. I hadn't known about Burney, and I'm so happy I've visited! The trails were beautiful; nothing beat the sounds and sites of the falls. The trail surrounding the falls was a little strenuous, yet I made it all the way around, with the help of benches placed every now and then along the way. I would highly recommend this place.

Burney is a beautiful area.

Burney is a beautiful area. People are very friendly and helpful. Only reason it was not rated excellent was all the roadwork on 299. It was going on in town too so getting anywhere was awful. Upside is their roads are so much better maintained than Bay Area.

Went to visit Burney Falls, beautiful and a with a short trail which is perfect for the inexperienced hiker. Perfect for families or others who simply want a day long visit. We visited 2 days and loved each one!

Burney itself is completely unspectacular except for the falls, which are great. But it's a decently positioned location to travel Lassen Volcanic National Park. Lava Beds and Crater Lake are within reach, too. There a few restaurants, which seem to be ok (nothing special) and a Safeway.

We arrived later in the day.

We arrived later in the day. We were asked to park at the boating parking lot. There were plenty of picnic tables the a 1.5 mile stroll to the lookout point of the falls..Some of our family decided to go down the path of dirt path steps, gravel...They definitely felt it was with the climb.

An excellent stay in Burney. We stayed here as we visited Lassen and Burney falls. Burney falls was just 15 mins drive from the property. This is an exceptional motel with super comfortable and clean beds with all basic needs. No complains at all! Would definitely recommend this motel to someone who is visiting this beautiful small town!

Typical motel with everything clean and functional. No issues with anything. A good Safeway 6mins walk to buy breakfast and dinner goods. Otherwise not much in Burney.
