We loved everything abt the property except the pool was not heated. It wasnt advertised as such, but it was colder than the ocean. Otherwise everything was great. Very slight smell which my older kids thought might have been ciagrette smoke but i could not smell it,

We actually drove up from the keys and stayed 2 nights in Davie. Nice and close to the airport and not too far from the beach; our house located on canal which was peaceful with ducks on it ( not noisy amazingly). You can see the hard rock light from the gazebo here art night

I did not like disposable dishes, at any time.

I did not like disposable dishes, at any time. Not good for the environment! The staff was always helpful. It was easy to get to the hotel, there is a shuttle to and from the airport, I did not make use of it because I needed to do some shopping. I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff 🙄 As for the popular places to visit, I did not have the time and my visit was not for pleasure.

Great location for the concert at the hard rock casino. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The blackout blinds were amazing and after a late night at the concert, my husband and I were able to sleep in until 10 AM with no problems thanks to the dark . The little shop had a good selection of snacks and amenities. I liked the efficiency of the parcel collection system they had for items that we had sent to the hotel.

The worst stay ever. Keys didnt work. The clerk have to escort you to your room each time. The wifi was sucky hardly worked. Asked for a refund to go elsewhere but was declined. This property willl be reported to the better business bureau. Horrendous hotel should not carry booking.com name.

I was taken to the other hotel but finally with the help of a wonderful employee I was able to get to were I was supposed to be. Friendly staff, didn't get a chance to indulge in the breakfast but the lady that was in charge of breakfast was very warm and welcoming.

Given the over the top hotel prices in the Ft Lauderdale area, we enjoyed the overall good value. The staff is really helpful and friendly. We had a small problem with our TV and the service guy fixed it in record time. Parking is free and close to the room.
