Well maintained, clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable. Sweet outdoor decoration. The pool looked welcoming. Nice location with access to the Keys, Everglades, and Redlands. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

We had to switch rooms .both were clean and nice.breakfast was hot and freash.omar at front desk was always happy and helpful. We stayed twice now and are hopeful we will be back again.

Great staff. Clean surroundings. Clean room. Very quiet room by the Front Desk during the NASCAR Race weekend from Oct 19 to 22, 2023. Hopefully Belmont Inn & Suites keep their room rates reasonable every year during NASCAR weekends? Not like ALL the other crooks (property managers) that hike up their room rates within the greater Homestead/Florida City, FL area during the NASCAR weekend! Close to Starbucks, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Luvs Car Wash and many restaurants! Less than a 2 hour incredible scenic drive to beautiful Key West...a must for ALL to experience!!! Cheers from CANADA 'EH'! 🤣👍🏁🇨🇦

This property was just excellent! It’s spacious for one person with spaces to unpack my things into, the bathroom was nice and big, also providing space to unpack into. The shower was really good also 👌 The hosts were amazing and accommodating, and gave this place a family orientated feel which made me feel more comfortable. Check in and check out instruction were clear and given via messaging through Booking.com (images provided for clarity). The bed was so comfortable no complaints on the quality of sleep I had here. As I hired a car I had my own parking space and had no issues in this area. As the location of the accommodation is somewhat close to Florida keys and Miami, It was easier for me to travel around to places I wanted to go to. The streets are quiet and have good amenities nearby like laundromat, target, Walgreen and even the Florida outlet stores which was fun 🤩 You also have Everglades national park and other attractions nearby!

Florida City in an are with constant improvement and upgrades. They really takes pride in building and maintaining and improving Florida City. The streets are safe to walk at anytime and are lined with restaurants and shops. There are fun things to do in Florida City. Love it!! Getting around Florida City is easy, the city trolley is Free, Uber is every where, the bus way max can take you to the metro rail station where you can take the train to the airport. Freebee rides are available via the freebee app. Love South Florida and Florida City the people, the hospitality, the culture and the ease of getting around!

It was very nice breakfast was good it was clean and they also had security there I wouldn't mind taking my family back and I stay in Florida City that was just a good way for the family so that they can enjoy the pool and get out the house before school return. 🙂😊 It was also near the mall A lot of shopping places in a lot of great restaurants and also near the turnpike So I would recommend anyone who just wanna get away to go there and the prices are reasonable.

Not a destination, but perfect for passing through. I was on my way to dive in Key Largo. All I needed was a good night's rest without paying for an expensive room in Key Largo. Florida City/Homestead was 30 minutes out, just right for a late arrival and early departure. Plenty of affordable food choices and services.

The location was wonderful.

The location was wonderful. The area had various things to do. Everyone should make it their first and only stop before heading south into the other keys, experience them all, then return back to Florida City and enjoy the rest of your stay. Don't forget to book a room at Holiday Inn Express for a great time, and awesome breakfast and dip in their very clean pool.

It was a fantastic stay and price-quality relation. The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. They were also silent. There were amenities and towels for shower. Breakfast was fine. Hotel staff were pleasant and caring. Also nearby a great restaurant at Texas Roadhouse and several grocery stores.
