We stayed at Hotel Terrace after camping in Baxter State Park for a few days... it was so refreshing to come into such a clean and welcoming room. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the shower was hot! It was exactly what we needed. And Karen was awesome!! So helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was kept very clean period the staff was friendly period however, the first impression of the hotel is not good as you walk into the lobby that has pool tables and game machines peread. The hotel gave a poor impression upon entering due to pool tables and game machines. Being the first thing you see period however, the staff was very accommodating, and the rooms were kept very clean with daily service period it isn't need of an update as it is an older hotel record period.  The continental breakfast could be greatly improved by offering some fresh fruit such as apples or bananas, instead of all carbohydrates.

Nice pool and sauna. Warm comfy room. Lots of breakfast choices.
