The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, and even went as far as to learn a bit of our native language, when he found out we were from out of country. Everything in the hotel seemed fresh and up-to-date, the sheets were clean, the room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was great! No issues with the heating either. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well! They've got a super cool coffee machine in the reception but we sadly didn't try that. Either way, great stay, would stay again!

You guys met my family’s expectations. Cleanliness is a must, good job. Great service, room was what I expected spacious for my kids. Also loved how you had different shampoos inside shower installed very smart. Gym open 24 hours a day .. thank you! Breakfast is okay. Don't expect a feast, but sufficient food for a family. I'm lactose intolerant so I'm picky, but even I could find a couple of things for a wholesome simple meal.

We did not want to spend a lot on a motel room as we were going to use it for one night on our way home to San Diego, Since I worked as a Manager of hotels it was very important that the room be very CLEAN. And It WAS.

Everything about the place was great.. room spacious and clean.. staff happy, polite, and helpful.. easy to find (literally just off H101).. and if you wanna eat they have a menu.. or there are plenty of places within 5-10min drive.

My kids and I had a fantastic stay at an oceanfront suite. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had an amazing stay, the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a delightful addition. Eggs, sausages, waffles, all the works! Will be back

Location is perfect: 5 mins walk to beach and pier, restaurants in short walking distance. Free parking - always found a spot, very close ro room. Our oom was cozy and absolutely clean, bathroom as well. It was perfectly prepared, we found anything we needed including tee and coffee. The weather was chilly, good that the room heater worked perfectly. Our host, John, cared for us like a mother. He kept asking if he can do us a favor, he gave good recommendations for breakfast and dinner restaurants, he even knew every golf course in the area. Whenever we'll come back to Pismo Beach we will stay here again - highly recommendable.
