We were not expecting much as it was just a stop over. However the staff and location was better than we expecting. Also they went out of their way to get our Kindle that we had left before send on to our location.

I am confused why do they only have 4 stars, majorly better than many 5 star hotels in the US. spacious clean rooms, bathrooms and even Japanese automatic toilets. Meals at the restaurant are just wow! A bowl of high quality fruit and berries for just 8$. Again food can be easily comparable to a 5star hotel.

The hotel was ideally located a short ten minute drive from the airport and right beside a Publix supermarket and Italian restaurant - both next door to the hotel within less than a minutes walk. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the pool clean, warm and quiet. Couldn’t have been any better.

Only on night here and we liked the room - squeaky clean like the rest of the hotel - and the bed was comfortable. Shower and WiFi both very good. Some traffic noise from the nearby main road but otherwise very quiet. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, if a little basic. Walkable to a good Italian restaurant - the reception staff provided us with a sheet of local places.

Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.
