We were arriving on time but told room not ready, so we went to Walmart did some shopping, half hour later room is ready and nice clean. Staff is very friendly and next day morning we were allowed to check out late since we have to do some work in the unit. The BF is ok, not many fruits, hot food is ok, coffee 24/7. Will like to use it again when we next time trip back.

I made a last minute stay at the Preston due to an unexpected family situation. I have stayed at many Hotels and The Preston exceeded my expectations more than I can explain.
